Brian: Until tonight, we had no idea who you were. We visited the “Healing Field” in our area (Grand Rapids, MI) and chose a flag with your inscription. It told about your love for your grandmother (Oma) and how you were always going to take care of her. It touched my heart. They were selling flags for $75.00 to support our local first responders. Came home to research and found this wonderful tribute to you. God Bless your family during this ten year anniversary of your death. We will fly this flag every year on 9/ll in your honor.

I also read this on the Times of Malta, It is very sad to hear that a Maltese descendent have lost his life during the 9/11 attacks. May God be with him and his family. Very nice thought to have this memorial on-line

I read the Times Of Malta email newsletter online everyday to keep up to date with news from ‘home’. Was very sad to learn from today’s news on the anniversary of 9/11 that a one of the victims was of Maltese descent.

I forward my depest sympathy to the Cachia family of NY, may Brian rest in peace and the rest of the family grow stronger and move forward in unity.

Although I do not know you my heart and my prayers go out to you. When the world trade centers were attacked it was not just an act against the Americans but the world. So many nationalities perrished that day including one of our own Maltese , Brian. You represented us that day and my prayers go out to you. May you have found peace. Amen

Being a Cachia myself I know we are a family of profound deep feelings and though we are not immediately related it is my prayer that our Cachia family continues in strength and will follow our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
